You have seven days to inspect for defects or damage. The item to be returned must be in the new condition with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the product. Once received in like-new condition, we will refund the item price; shipping is non-refundable. If the item you purchased had free shipping, We would deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.  We do not accept damaged objects. If the item is damaged during shipping, you must file the damage claim with the shipping carrier. Notify the delivery driver. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number, or the shipping department will refuse the package.
