1.                                                   

   A:   Mobility-Lift warrants to the original purchaser of the carrier, lift and motor(motor only,  gears and parts are not included)  and that they are  free from defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser owns this product. We will
replace any part of the product which in our opinion is defective, provided that the product has not been abused, misused, rust, altered or damaged after purchase. ( This includes damage due to use of tools or harsh chemicals. ) . For
three year from the date of purchase, Mobility-Lift will repair or replace at our option, free of charge, any mechanical component found upon examination by an authorized representative of Mobility-Lift to be defective in material and / or workmanship. keep the original sales receipt, serial number and the shipping information, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.


   B:   This warranty does not extend to those items, which may require replacement due to normal wear, tear, rust. Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized by Mobility-Lift IN . ADVANCE, are excluded.

   C:   Exclusions also include Clearance / Special offer/Local pick-up item, accessories and
components with damage caused by:
•Contamination
•Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•Motor, winch and remote control damaged.
•Commercial use, or use other than normal
•Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
•Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Mobility-Lift .

 2.    HOW TO PROCESS WARRANTY: 

                                                

 A: .Fill out the request form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be sent to you along  with the return address. You will not be able to   receive these information if there are missing information within your form.

                                                

 B: Ship your product to the address we provide. Please also include the shipping fee for when we send it back  to you.

                                                

 C: If parts are available, please allow up to five business days for your new/replacement product/part to be shipped out.
                                                

                                                

  3.    SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE

                                                

    A:    An authorized Mobility-Lift  Provider must perform warranty service. Do not return faulty parts to Mobility-Lift without prior written authorization.

    B:   All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement is the responsibility of the purchaser.

    C:   Failure to follow the instructions, warnings, and notes can result in personal injury or product damage and will void Mobility-Lift  warranty.
